Intelligent proportional control electric actuator is widely used in automatic control system to control the switch and regulation of electric valve. With SRV series valve body, it can receive various control signals and control various parameters such as system temperature, pressure and flow.

The intelligent proportional regulation type can realize linear flow control. By inputting 0 (2) - 10VDC and 0 (4) - 20mA control signals, the feedback output signal of valve position can be observed to realize the automatic regulation and control of pipeline fluid medium, which makes the application of control valve more flexible. After being powered on, the intelligent proportional adjustment actuator can enter into the matching process with the valve body without manual adjustment, that is, the power on adaptive function. At this time, the driver running indicator (run) flashes (frequency is about 1Hz), and the drive shaft first extends to the lower limit position, and then retracts to run to the upper limit position. (at this time, the driver will not be controlled by the control signal). After about 150s, the indicator light stops flashing, and the self-adaptive between the actuator and the valve body is finished, and the coordination and adjustment of the valve body and the actuator is completed. At this time, the running direction of the driver is controlled by the control signal. When the driver is powered on, if it needs to be adaptive, press the red button on the driver circuit board for more than 3S, and the driver will enter the adaptive state, that is, manual adaptation function. The adaptive phenomenon is the same as the above power on adaptive phenomenon.

Three bit floating point electric drive

The floating-point type controls the opening, closing and stopping states of the driver through three bit floating-point connection and switch connection mode, which is simple and convenient to operate.
